I’m Jan Roberts, Founder and Director of Neurominds Support Limited. I’m an experienced neurodiversity coach, trainer and consultant with lived experience of ADHD, supporting adults, families, employers and organisations to better understand neurodivergence and create practical, sustainable support strategies. My coaching focuses on adults with ADHD, autism and AuDHD, particularly those who feel overwhelmed, stuck, recently diagnosed, late-diagnosed or unsure what support they need next. I offer a neuro-affirming, strengths-based and practical approach, helping clients understand how their brain works and develop strategies that feel realistic for their life, energy and circumstances.Sessions may focus on executive functioning, planning, routines, emotional regulation, confidence, workplace challenges, burnout, communication, self-understanding and Access to Work support. My aim is not to “fix” neurodivergence, but to help people reduce overwhelm, build clarity and create systems that work for them.I combine professional expertise, coaching experience and lived experience to offer support that is compassionate, practical and grounded in real life.

I am a personal authenticity coaching specialist – helping you to flourish authentically. Our sessions are based on empowering and encouraging you to live and work in ways that are sustainable for you and aligned with your personality and values. As an integrative coach I draw on a range of tools and shape the sessions to suit you and your needs. We can look at topics such as living in tune with your neurodivergent identity, managing energy levels, ways of building resilience, and more. My focus as a coach is to help you to move forward from where you are now – I am not a trauma therapist. My lived experience of neurodivergence and passion for enabling others to live life their way make our sessions encouraging, gently challenging and a nurturing environment for you to try out ways of being without judgment or pressure to conform.

Together we can explore what matters most to you, so that you may build clarity, confidence, and energy to move beyond your current concerns and challenges.I appreciate that taking the first step toward change often feels daunting.
