This Is Me Psychology provides Clinical Psychology support for individuals and their family members to help them to understand and manage their Autism and/or ADHD.
We offer therapeutic support for Neurodivergent people of all ages to help them to thrive and reach their full potential. You do not need a formal diagnosis to access support.
We believe that Neurodivergent services should be available whenever you need them and not limited to the assessment phase only.
Support is provided by a Highly Specialised Clinical Psychologist with over 18 years professional experience supporting Neurodivergent people.
People access support for a number of different reasons. This may include help to: increase self-esteem; manage burnout and sensory overload; cope with rejection sensitivity dysphoria or improve social relationships, to name a few.

Qualifications
Dr Moorhead completed her Clinical Psychology training at the Universities of Coventry and Warwick and has since worked in a mix of both NHS and private mental health services. She has over 18 years’ experience working with Neurodivergent people of all ages.
She is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and is a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society.
Dr Moorhead is a passionate advocate for Neurodiversity and keen to support people following diagnosis in order to help create an optimum environment to allow them to thrive. She uses a neuro-affirming approach in order to allow people to recognize the many skills and strengths that they do have and support them in embracing their own authentic identity.

Therapeutic work:
Our initial appointments cost £150 for a 90 minute consultation
Ongoing sessions cost £100 for 55 minute sessions

Clinical Psychology assessments to support EHCP process are available- price dependent on requirements, please ask for further details.
Teaching and Training
Teaching and Training sessions available- price dependent on requirements, please ask for further details.
