I am a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist and the founder of Percuro Psychology, a specialist psychology practice supporting children, adolescents, and their families. My work is grounded in a neuroaffirming, evidence-based approach that prioritises understanding, compassion, and practical support over labels alone.I offer multi-disciplinary autism and ADHD assessments for children and young people, including combined assessments where appropriate. Assessments are comprehensive, NICE-aligned, and strengths-led, drawing on multiple sources of information (parents, school, and the young person) to build a clear and meaningful understanding of each child’s profile. My reports focus not only on diagnostic conclusions, but on what this means in everyday life and how best to support the child across home, school, and social settings.Alongside assessment, I offer post-diagnostic support, parent consultation, and therapeutic work, particularly where neurodivergence intersects with anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, school-based distress, or emotionally based school avoidance (EBSA). I have a particular interest in adolescence, recognising this as a developmental stage where neurodivergent young people often experience increased pressure, masking, and emotional overwhelm.A core part of my work is supporting parents and carers, helping them feel confident, informed, and emotionally supported as they navigate their child’s needs. I believe that when parents feel grounded and understood, they are better able to support their child’s wellbeing and development.I work collaboratively, transparently, and with deep respect for neurodiversity. My aim is always to help families move forward with clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of connection—both with their child and with themselves.

I am a clinical psychologist dedicated to supporting people with autism and/or those who are neurodiverse in other ways. I take an individual approach, focused on what each individual client is hoping to gain from our sessions. For many people, this involves working to understand themselves and their lives better, which in turn helps them choose their own path and address any barriers they face. Others have particular mental health difficulties, which I support them with using versions of ‘traditional’ talking therapy adapted to be more accessible for them.

Adopting an evidence-based approach to assess, diagnose and support neurodivergent clients. Empowering them to identify their strengths and areas for growth, while equipping them with the key skills needed to overcome cognitive challenges. Services are personalised to meet individual needs, fostering healthy habits in a supportive, respectful and engaging manner. A registered member of the British Psychological Society and HCPC (PYL044078) registered.

I’m a Chartered Clinical Psychologist based in South West London, working in person and online (world wide). I offer therapy to adults (predominantly women) and assessments of neurodivergence to both adults and children including PDA/EDA.My practice is neurodivergent-affirming, and grounded in deep respect for each person’s unique ways of being in the world. I am also developing a co-specialism in working with trauma and incorporate this lens as relevant.I have over 20 years experience in working with neurodivergence and a decade’s experience supporting clients in private practice through burnout, life transitions, identity exploration, and relational overwhelm. Many of the people I work with are late-identified autistic or ADHDers navigating masking, sensory sensitivity, and the emotional cost of long-term misattunement. I also support families where there are neurodivergent parents or children to navigate family life and where relevant, the education system. My approach is collaborative and led by curiosity using reflection and practical ideas and strategies where requested. I draw on relational, psychodynamic and somatic ideas to support clients in restoring agency, self-understanding, and a felt sense of safety. I offer some components associated with CBT but do not offer this as a stand alone therapy model.I also offer autism and ADHD assessments, supervision, and reflective spaces for professionals.I work with warmth, honesty, and psychological depth and welcome those who’ve felt unseen.

I’m Iris Varela, a clinical specialist trained in both the United States and the UK, with a master’s degree in social work. I am registered with Social Work England and am a trained CBT therapist (through King’s College) and supervisor (through University College London). I teach professionals at the Anna Freud National Centre for Children & Families at UCL, focusing on the intersection of neurodivergence and mental health, deliver autism assessments and I am a clinical supervisor at CAMHS. Additionally, I deliver supervision and teach school staff about the neurodivergent experience. For over 20 years, I have been passionate about working alongside neurodivergent individuals. As the evidence in our field has evolved, I have shifted away from the medical model and embraced the social model of disability. This means validating the experiences of neurodivergent people and working systemically to change the stigma surrounding neurodivergence, as well as advocating for the adaptations needed to achieve equal access to education, work and services. I am excited to prioritise and listen to the voices of neurodivergent people, allowing them to guide my practice and create a safer space for them. To make sure I deliver the best support, I receive supervision from an experienced, published, autistic professional, as well as attending reflective spaces delivered by the autistic community.I’m committed to providing supportive care, understanding your unique individual needs, and helping others understand how to best support you.
