My approach integrates professional training, academic knowledge and lived experience, creating a supportive space to explore challenges, build on strengths and develop strategies tailored to each individual.I have a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent students, adults navigating eduation or employment and those seeking greater self-understanding following diagnosis or identification. Areas of support include executive functioning, emotional wellbeing, confidence, communication, study skills, transitions, self-advocacy and managing everyday demands.My work is collaborative, strenghts-based and personalised. Hi, I’m Madi, a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist specialising in supporting late-diagnosed neurodivergent women experiencing neurodivergent burnout, anxiety, overwhelm, stress, and a loss of confidence.My approach combines Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, neuroscience, and practical tools to help clients better understand how their brain works, reduce stress, build confidence, and develop strategies that work with their individual needs.Many of the people I support are those who appear to be coping well on the outside but privately feel exhausted, overwhelmed, stuck in cycles of overthinking, or disconnected from themselves.
