With over 20 years of experience as a study skills specialist in higher education, I’ve had the privilege of supporting neurodivergent individuals in reaching their academic and personal aspirations, at all levels from undergraduate to PHD. Recently, I’ve broadened my practice to include Executive Function/ADHD coaching, guiding clients to fulfilling their professional and personal goals by navigating their challenges and leveraging their strengths in developing self-awareness, resilience, and effective executive function skills.

My individualised and integrative approach combines diverse psychological and coaching paradigms to tailor strategies to meet each client’s unique needs. I am passionate about creating positive change and eager to connect with others who share my passion for neurodiversity, intersectionality, and personal development.
