Hello, I’m Katrin, a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor based in Newcastle. Thank you for being here.

I work with adults, young people, and couples navigating neurodiversity, stress, worries, relationship challenges, and life transitions, offering a collaborative space where you can feel truly seen and understood.

I work in a neurodiversity-affirming way and offer a warm and accepting space where you can be yourself, explore what’s going on for you, and feel genuinely heard. I support autistic people and people with ADHD and AuDHD, as well as neurotypical clients.

Sessions offer a calm and confidential space to talk about what’s been on your mind and make sense of things in your own time. When we work together, I’ll listen carefully and ask gentle, reflective questions to help you explore what matters most to you.

Together, we can find direction when things feel unclear, understand what may be holding you back, and begin to explore new ways forward at a pace that feels right for you.

I offer sessions online, by phone, or as walk-and-talk therapy in Leazes Park.
