Hi, I’m Jayne. I’m a relational coach working with neurodivergent women, particularly autistic, ADHD and AuDHD women, including those discovering their neurodivergence later in life. I’m late-diagnosed AuDHD myself and bring almost 30 years of professional experience alongside lived experience of complex trauma.
I love animals and have quite a menagerie, from chickens to pugs! Your pets may enjoy joining us in our session and are welcome, you may find it brings familiarity and soothing.
My coaching is grounded in nervous-system understanding. I work with the whole person , thoughts, emotions, identity, relationships, body, nervous system and sensory experience — particularly where trauma, masking, overwhelm or difficult and abusive relationships have shaped how you respond to yourself, other people and the world around you.
Many of the women I work with have spent years adapting, pleasing, pushing through or becoming highly attuned to others while losing touch with their own needs, boundaries and sense of self. Our work can include overwhelm, burnout, masking, identity, relationships, boundaries, sensory needs, trauma and relational trauma.
My approach is relational, neuro-affirming and trauma-informed. I draw on nervous-system and somatic understanding, psychoeducation and the intentional use of music and sound. There is no fixed programme: we work collaboratively and at a pace that respects your individual nervous system, needs and choices.
I also offer SSP Togetherâ„¢, my personally adapted Safe and Sound Protocol delivery, combining carefully paced listening with attention to safety, relationship, co-regulation, attunement and ongoing support.
You do not need a formal diagnosis to work with me. Sessions are online across the UK and I am fully insured and have regular supervision.
