NeuroRelate Ltd is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to improving understanding, acceptance and inclusion of neurodiversity.
Founded through lived experience, NeuroRelate exists to help bridge the gap between diagnosis and everyday life. We provide practical support, advocacy, education and community-based opportunities for neurodivergent people and their families, helping people feel understood, supported and connected.
Our work includes neurodiversity workshops, educational sessions, advocacy, peer and community support, and inclusive activities. We also work with schools, community organisations, sports clubs and workplaces to improve understanding of neurodiversity and develop more inclusive environments.
Our approach is neuro-affirmative, person-centred and strengths-based. We recognise that every neurodivergent person is different, and we focus on understanding individual needs rather than expecting people to fit a particular model or way of functioning.
NeuroRelate supports people across a range of neurodivergent experiences, with particular experience in supporting individuals and families affected by **ADHD and autism**. Our workshops and resources aim to provide practical, accessible information that can be applied to everyday life, education, employment and community settings.
Alongside our wider organisational work, NeuroRelate can provide neurodiversity coaching and one-to-one support where appropriate. Coaching is one element of our wider offer rather than the sole focus of our organisation.
We are committed to making neurodiversity support more accessible and to creating spaces where neurodivergent people and their families can feel heard, respected and empowered.
NeuroRelate — connecting people, building understanding and creating a more neuro-inclusive world.
