As an AuDHD Therapist, I provide counselling and psychotherapy online, across the United Kingdom. I specialise in working with late recognised neurodivergence, chronic illness, childhood trauma, narcissistic abuse, and burnout but also enjoy working with neurodivergent clients on many other issues they may be having. I offer a sliding scale for fees, allowing you to pay the amount that aligns with your individual finances, to provide low fee sessions to those that otherwise cannot access therapy. I work in a pluralistic way, meaning I provide individualised therapy based on your wants and needs, we will work out together how you want your sessions to proceed. I offer a blended approach of talk therapy, person centred therapy, compassion focused techniques, focussing, creative or expressive therapies as well as inner child and family systems therapy. We are all individual so why provide only one way of working?
