About Me
I’m a Neurodiversity and Wellbeing Coach, NLP practitioner, and Breath Body Mind Instructor. My work is shaped by both professional training and my lived experience as a neurodivergent adult and mum to a neurodivergent teenager.
My path into this work began in early 2022, when I left a 15 year career in tech product management. Increasing overwhelm, rising anxiety, and the impact of perimenopause made the role feel less sustainable. My daughter’s autism diagnosis prompted a period of reflection that led to my own ADHD diagnosis. That awareness helped me recognise long standing patterns and guided me toward meaningful life changes and a new professional direction.

Who I Support
I support neurodivergent adults — especially Autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD individuals — who want to understand themselves more deeply and who want to understand themselves more deeply and create a steadier, clearer, and more sustainable way of living.

My Approach
Life can feel confusing or overwhelming when you’re navigating sensory load, emotional intensity, shifting energy, and expectations that don’t match how your brain works — both in daily life and in work environments.
Many neurodivergent adults carry a quiet mix of exhaustion, self doubt, and constant adaptation, often at the cost of their wellbeing. A core part of this work is rebuilding a kinder, more self compassionate relationship with yourself, so you can meet your needs without shame or pressure.
My approach meets these realities with a whole person lens, integrating wellbeing, lifestyle, emotional clarity, and neurodiversity affirming support. I blend reflective exploration, practical tools for everyday life and work, relevant information that deepens understanding, and gentle breath and body based practices to help you stay grounded.
This includes supporting executive function challenges — planning, prioritising, organising information, pacing, and creating systems that reduce friction — as well as the relational side of neurodivergence, such as communication patterns, social fatigue, and relational safety.
The process respects each person’s sensory needs, communication style, and the rhythms that shape their days. It’s collaborative, non judgmental, and grounded in curiosity — a steady, low demand space shaped around how someone naturally thinks and feels, where they can explore what feels authentic and true without having to work to be understood.

Why Working With Me
• Collaborative Partnership – We work together in a steady, respectful way that centers your needs, values, and pace.
• Lived Experience and Professional Depth – As a neurodivergent person and trained practitioner, I bring both personal understanding and professional skill. I recognise neurodivergent patterns, honour individuality, and adapt the work to your reality. My background includes many years in corporate and start up settings, which helps me recognise the realities neurodivergent adults often face.
• Safe, Non Judgmental Space – You’re met with warmth, clarity, and respect. We explore challenges, strengths, relational patterns, and hopes openly, without fear of judgement or misunderstanding.
• Neuro Inclusive Practice – Your sensory needs, communication style, and cognitive preferences guide how we work.
• Strengths Led Growth – We build from what already works. Strengths become anchors for change, helping you grow confidence, self trust, and resilience.
• Practical, Flexible Accountability – Accountability is shaped around what genuinely works for you — whether that’s light structure, gentle check ins, or support with executive function tasks like planning, pacing, or creating sustainable systems in life and work.

Coaching Services I Offer

1) Neurodiversity & Wellbeing Pathway
What this pathway is
A space to understand your experiences, needs, and neurodivergent identity, and to support your wellbeing in ways that work for you — including how you navigate routines, relationships, and workplace expectations.

Entry points
• Clarity, identity, and understanding — making sense of your patterns and reconnecting with parts of yourself that have been overlooked.
• Wellbeing challenges that feel bigger than the surface — tiredness, fogginess, or feeling out of sync.
• Knowing what helps, but struggling to sustain it — especially when executive function, shifting energy, or sensory overwhelm make consistency difficult.
• Relational clarity — understanding communication patterns, social fatigue, and the dynamics that shape interactions at home, socially, and at work.

Coaching outcomes
• A clearer, kinder understanding of yourself
• More alignment and agency in daily life and work
• Identity reconstruction rooted in interests, values, and sensory truth
• Tools and strategies that reduce friction and support your sensory, emotional, cognitive, and relational needs

2) Neurodivergent Burnout Recovery & Renewal Pathway
Many autistic and ADHD adults experiencing burnout are being signed off work for extended periods and then struggle to return. Burnout is often mislabelled or misunderstood, leading to limited support and long recovery times. Sensory overload, shutdown, physical symptoms, relational strain, and significant functional decline are common.

Who this is for
Neurodivergent adults at any stage of burnout. Because it is 1 to 1, it adapts to your current capacity, needs, and pace.

Where you might be right now
• Early warning — capacity narrowing: Tasks feeling heavier; rising sensory sensitivity; irritability increasing; relational strain; shutdowns or meltdowns becoming more frequent.
• System shutdown: Basic self care inaccessible; cooking, communicating, planning feel impossible; work and parenting severely impacted.
• Re emergence & rebuilding Some energy returning, but inconsistent and fragile. Cognitive recovery lags; risk of doing too much too soon.
• Renewal — interests and possibilities returning Life begins to open up again. You explore courses, hobbies, career ideas, and want to avoid repeating the burnout cycle.

What we work on together
I support you to regain steadiness, understand your burnout, rebuild gently, and move toward a more sustainable way of living that aligns with your neurodivergence. We focus on recognising early signs of struggle, easing what feels heavy, supporting essential daily functioning, strengthening executive function foundations, and softening the internal pressure shaped by long standing patterns that make it hard to pause or adjust when you need to. As your capacity returns, we rebuild gradually and intentionally — exploring what contributed to burnout, reconnecting with identity, and developing clearer boundaries and self advocacy so you can move forward in a way that feels steadier, kinder, and more sustainable.
