I support people who feel overwhelmed, exhausted or stuck, particularly those who have tried to improve their health and wellbeing before but struggle to make lasting changes.
As a life and wellbeing coach, I have particular experience in working with neurodiverse clients, including ADHD and autistic clients. My approach is compassionate, non-judgemental and sensitive, with care and respect for different ways of thinking, processing and moving through the world.
I also offer structured, short-term coaching for navigating challenges at work, and can provide sessions for people receiving support through Access to Work.
Alongside my coaching training, I bring a background in medicine and holistic wellbeing, having previously qualified as a medical doctor before moving into preventive wellbeing.
