I’m a neuropositive coach and educator supporting adults who think differently to better understand themselves, recognise their strengths and find practical ways forward.
My own path has been unconventional. I left school at 13, later returned to education and completed a BA and MA before building a career in further and higher education. An adult ADHD diagnosis helped me understand many of my experiences from a kinder perspective and was an important part of my decision to become a coach.
My approach is collaborative, strengths-based and non-judgemental. I support clients with areas including overwhelm, executive functioning, confidence, motivation, work and study, life transitions, planning and self-understanding — finding strategies that fit the individual rather than expecting the individual to fit the system.
