I’m an ADHD Workplace Coach and founder of Creating Clarity Collective, supporting founders, professionals and late-diagnosed adults who are capable and ambitious, but often feel overwhelmed by the way their ADHD shows up in everyday life and work.
I specialise in helping people understand what is actually getting in their way. That might be procrastination, task initiation, prioritising when everything feels important, time blindness, perfectionism, rejection sensitivity, overwhelm, inconsistent motivation or simply having far too much going on in their head at once.
My coaching is practical, curious and non-judgemental. I’m not here to give you another complicated productivity system to maintain. Instead, we look at how your individual brain works, identify the patterns that are creating friction and develop realistic strategies and structures that work with you rather than against you.
Alongside my ADHD coaching training with ADHD Works, I bring years of experience in executive support, operations and working closely with founders and leadership teams. This gives me a strong understanding of the real-world pressures of running a business, managing a demanding workload, juggling competing priorities and trying to keep everything moving.
I was also diagnosed with combined-type ADHD later in life, so I understand personally the mixture of relief, validation and questions that can come with finally having an explanation for things you may have struggled with for years.
I particularly enjoy working with founders and business owners, professionals, late-diagnosed adults and women navigating ADHD alongside changing demands and life stages.
I also provide workplace ADHD coaching and can work with clients receiving coaching support through Access to Work.
My aim is simple: to help you understand yourself better, reduce the overwhelm and create more clarity around what you need and what comes next.
