Trevor Twohig – SMARTADHD
ADHD Assessor | Executive Coach | Neurodiversity Specialist
Trevor is the founder of SMARTADHD Assessments & Neurodiversity Hub, providing specialist ADHD and AuDHD assessments, executive coaching, and advocacy support.
With over 20 years of experience in education and leadership, Trevor brings a combination of professional expertise and lived experience to his work, supporting individuals to better understand their neurotype and build practical, sustainable strategies that work in real life.
Trevor specialises in working with adults and young people who may be navigating attention difficulties, impulsivity, emotional regulation challenges, and inconsistencies in performance. He has a particular interest in supporting high-functioning individuals who are capable but struggling with execution, structure, and maintaining consistency over time.
His approach is clear, direct, and solutions-focused — helping clients move beyond awareness into action. Trevor supports clients to:
develop structure and routine that aligns with how their brain works
improve focus, organisation, and follow-through
manage overwhelm and emotional responses
build confidence in both personal and professional environments
Alongside coaching, Trevor provides comprehensive ADHD assessments with clear outcomes and personalised pathways, helping individuals gain clarity and direction quickly.
Trevor also works with families, schools, and organisations, offering advocacy and practical guidance to support neurodivergent individuals across different settings.
His work is grounded in the belief that neurodivergence is not something to be “fixed”, but understood, structured, and directed — enabling individuals to perform at their best and build a life that works for them.
Trevor’s work focuses on turning clarity into action — helping individuals move from understanding their ADHD to actually living effectively with it.
