Biography
I’m an experienced and PCC accredited neurodivergent personal and professional coach, specialising in individual-led, supported journeys of self discovery. I offer tailored coaching programmes for clients who are most commonly ADHD, autistic or multiply neurodivergent with complex needs/chronic illness.
Programmes are carefully created around clients’ individual needs and objectives, including guidance with integrating a neurodivergent identification, burnout recovery and navigating personal and professional transitions. I help clients explore, understand, accept and celebrate the truest expression of themselves through a systemic lens, focused on the neurodiversity paradigm, the social model of disability and wider liberatory theory.
My approach is frank and friendly, partnering relaxed, open conversations with tools specific to client needs, including breathwork and other nervous system regulating techniques.
My personal ND background (late identified autistic and ADHD) heavily influences how I work and continuous training, focusing my specialisms in specific coaching areas such as late ADHD and autism discovery, workplace strategy coaching, transition support and ND relationships (partnerships/families/children).
My approach enables a process of supported self-discovery as well as an exploration in empowerment; inviting clients to positively identify and understand their individuality and confidently embrace their sense of self.
I accept Access to Work funding and also have clients who are employer funded or use PiP to fund sessions. I am happy to assist with these processes where possible. Most clients work with me for between 3 and 12 months, and I also offer one off sessions.

Client testimonials
“I’ve been really impressed by Rebecca’s ability to ride the highs and the lows with me, particularly as someone who’s neurodivergent and dealing with trauma. At times, I’ve just been struggling and it’s been really wonderful that Rebecca’s never made me feel as if that’s too much.”
SS, Quantity Surveyor
“The sessions including the breathwork have really helped reduce stress and anxiety – aiding my recovering from burnout. The coaching has provided me with deeper awareness of my wants and needs. And as a result, I feel far more empowered in my decisions going forward on both a personal and professional level.”
