Biography
I’m different. I’m a neurodivergent therapist, and over the years I’ve learned that no training offers a one-size-fits-all toolkit. For over a decade, I followed the rules, applying what mentors taught me, session after session. But I’ve also swerved. I’ve stepped away from methods that didn’t fit me or my neurodivergent clients, and instead, reimagined my practice to honour difference, meet unique needs, and make room for real connection.
I’m a Jungian* Art Psychotherapist (MA, Roehampton, 2015), a clinical supervisor, a trained ADHD coach, a mindfulness teacher, an Accelerated Trauma Treatment therapist, and an artist. My background also includes a Diploma in Youth Work, and above all, I lead with my humanity.
If you’re a woman, teen, or queer person navigating neurodivergence: whether ADHD, autism, or simply feeling “too much” or “not enough”, you’re not alone. You might be facing burnout, trauma, identity shifts, new parenthood, or the quiet disorientation of midlife or menopause. You might be seeking reconnection with your true self: beneath the roles, the pressure, and the mask.
Together, we’ll explore your inner world through creative therapy, mindfulness, DBT skills, and Jungian approaches to individuation. You don’t need the right words to begin. Just bring yourself.
*Rooted in the teachings of C.G. Jung, I work as a dream weaver, creative alchemist, intuitive storyteller, and seeker of symbols, helping you uncover what’s been hidden and come home to who you are.
I am Neurodivergent
I’m autistic, with some ADHD traits, and I choose to be open about my neurodivergence in my practice. For me, this isn’t just about self-disclosure, it’s about creating a therapeutic space where authenticity matters, and where masking isn’t required, for either of us. I know how much the therapeutic relationship depends on trust, attunement, and feeling genuinely understood. Naming my neurodivergence is one way I hope to strengthen that connection, especially with neurodivergent clients who may be used to feeling "othered" or misunderstood.
I also recognise that neurodivergence can shape everything: from how we communicate and relate, to how we process the world and experience overwhelm. That’s why I work flexibly, curiously, and without assumptions, always led by what feels safe, useful, and meaningful for you.
