Neuropsychology Dorset consists of HCPC registered Clinical Psychologists that specialise in the assessment, diagnosis, and intervention of adults with neurodiversity such as autism, ADHD, and neurological conditions.
We can also provide psychological therapy for a range of conditions. We are trained to deliver evidence-based psychological therapy for conditions such as anxiety, depression, phobia, trauma, loss, relational issues, identity, self-esteem, and couples work. We always tailor our approach to best meet the needs of the person in front of us. This involves NICE guidance recommended models. We typically take an integrative approach to our therapy with you, informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
