Hi and thanks for looking at my profile!
Are you seeking improved quality of life, better daily functioning and increased mental wellbeing?
Morton Occupational Therapy can help your mind to flourish by enabling you to find balance, clarity, and confidence in your everyday life. I specialise in supporting adults with ADHD – suspected, self-diagnosed and formally diagnosed – by addressing challenges specifically related to ADHD (procrastination, poor time and task management and emotional dysregulation, for example) and other related ones, such as anxiety/stress, poor sleep and difficulties with study/employment, I:
• Maximise quality of life and daily functioning
• Provide practical, personalised solutions to everyday problems
• Improve self-esteem and emotional wellbeing
• Reduce stigma surrounding neurodiversity and mental health
I have lived experience of ADHD and combine that with my occupational therapy training and NHS expertise, using a collaborative approach to provide evidence-based, practical and compassionate support, tailored to your unique needs.
I help you to use your strengths to overcome your challenges and to leave with a genuinely useful toolbox of strategies.
