Hi, I am Michela,
I’m a Neurodiversity and Wellbeing Coach, and my work is shaped by both professional training and my own lived experience as a neurodivergent adult.
Before coaching, I spent 15 years in tech product management. I pushed myself hard — perfectionism, high internal expectations, and a habit of powering through, even when things didn’t feel sustainable. Over time, that led to deep overwhelm and burnout.
Things shifted when my daughter was diagnosed as autistic. As I learned more to support her, I started recognising my own patterns. A late ADHD diagnosis helped me understand why I had been coping so hard for so long, and why certain things had always felt more effortful than they looked from the outside.
I haven’t figured everything out — and I don’t pretend to. But understanding my neurodivergence gave me a starting point. I stepped away from tech and began reshaping my life around what genuinely supports me. That ongoing process is what led me into this work, and it continues to guide how I support others.
In terms of training, I’m a registered Health and Wellbeing Coach, an NLP Practitioner, and a neurodiversity informed practitioner. I’m also undertaking further training in Neurodiversity Coaching, specialising in Autism and ADHD, and I’m currently training in Breath Body Mind Level 1.
The people who come to me are often exploring their neurodivergence, navigating wellbeing challenges that feel interconnected, or struggling to sustain supportive habits because of executive function, shifting energy, or sensory load.
My approach is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity rather than pressure. I work with the whole person — your mind, your body, your sensory world, and your lived experience. Together, we explore what feels true for you, build practical tools that actually fit your brain, and create more space for steadiness and self compassion.
