Matter of Health
Biography
At Matter of Health, we offer friendly, expert support for people navigating ADHD, Autism, and other mental health challenges. Whether you’re looking for a clear diagnosis, treatment, or ongoing support, we’re here to help you understand yourself better and feel more in control of your wellbeing.
We work with both children and adults, offering in-depth assessments for ADHD and Autism using gold-standard tools. Our experienced team includes psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, nutritionists, and fitness experts — all working together to support you as a whole person, not just a diagnosis.
You might come to us for:
An ADHD or Autism assessment
Medication and psychiatric support
Talking therapy or coaching
Help with sleep, focus, mood, or relationships
Advice on nutrition or physical wellbeing
Our care is personal, professional, and designed to suit your unique needs. We know how overwhelming the process can feel — that’s why we take the time to explain things clearly and make sure you feel heard and supported every step of the way.
Whether you’re at the start of your journey or looking for ongoing care, you’re not alone. We’re here when you’re ready.
I am Neurodivergent
Matter of Health is proudly co-led by individuals with lived experience of neurodivergence. This personal insight shapes everything we do — from how we design our services to the way we communicate with clients. Being neurodivergent-led means we truly understand the challenges people face navigating assessment, treatment, and everyday life. It also means we celebrate neurodiversity, prioritise accessibility, and are committed to creating a safe, affirming space where people feel seen, understood, and empowered.
