Biography
Hi, I’m Julie
I’ve been running my coaching business since 2015 and have over 4,000 hours of coaching experience. As a business psychologist, I now focus on supporting adults with ADHD because I love seeing the real, lasting changes this kind of work can bring.
My approach is grounded in both professional training and the ongoing lessons I learn from my clients every day. I typically work with individuals who already understand their ADHD but struggle to put strategies into practice. Coaching with me offers a blend of supportive structure, accountability, and gentle persistence to help turn insight into action.
Before setting up my own business, I worked in the NHS and further education, where I saw firsthand how traditional systems can sometimes fail neurodivergent individuals. That’s why I offer bespoke coaching packages tailored to where you are now and where you want to go next.
Clients often tell me they leave coaching with greater self-acceptance, more confidence, and new ways of working that actually fit them.
