Biography
It’s okay to be exactly who you are. Many clients come to me feeling unworthy, unlovable, or weighed down by long-held pain—but the first step toward healing is reaching out, and the next is letting someone walk beside you on that journey. Together, we’ll work through challenges and celebrate your strengths. I’m an open-minded, sex-positive counsellor who affirms LGBTQIA+ identities and supports those exploring Gender, Sexuality, and Relationship Diversity (GSRD). I work with diagnosed, self-diagnosed, and self-identified neurodivergent clients, including those with ASD, ADHD, and OCD.
My approach is holistic, integrative, and may include therapeutic coaching—tailoring strategies to work with your brain, not against it. I also provide a knowledgeable, non-judgmental space for those in consensual non-monogamy, kink, BDSM, and the sex industry. My work is trauma-informed, with experience supporting survivors of abuse. Whether you are struggling with low self esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, or simply seeking personal growth and self-discovery, I am here to support you on your journey towards healing and empowerment.
I am Neurodivergent
I am self-diagnosed with ADHD and formally diagnosed with dyslexia. My partner has a formal ADHD diagnosis, which has given me insight into the experience. I don’t feel the need for a formal ADHD diagnosis myself, as I’ve developed coping strategies that work without medication. That said, I’m not against medication—it’s a personal choice. Whether someone self-diagnoses or is formally diagnosed, it’s important to validate their experience and recognize that everyone’s journey with neurodiversity is unique.
Qualifications
I hold an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counseling, which provides a strong professional foundation for my work. Alongside this formal training, my lived experience has been a significant part of my journey and practice. Having navigated my own trauma, explored identity, and engaged with diverse alternative lifestyles, I bring a depth of understanding that goes beyond textbooks. I am able to connect with clients in a way that honors different perspectives and ways of being. This combination of professional study and real-life experience allows me to offer a compassionate, grounded, and relatable approach to counseling.
