GROVE is an entirely Autistic staffed team supporting Autistic young people to develop greater self-understanding, confidence, self-advocacy skills and a positive Autistic identity — not by teaching them to change who they are, but by helping them understand and value themselves. We do that through our online supportive services:

1:1 Mentoring: a long term connection with an Autistic adult who truly gets it.

Interest Groups: connection with peers over a shared interest – have fun, make friends, be yourself!

Being Me: GROVE’s exclusive ten-session neuro-affirming group programme, created by Autistic professionals and delivered exclusively by GROVE.
