Hi, I’m Gem (they/them). I’m a queer, AuDHD transformational coach, facilitator and podcaster. I work with late-identified Autistic and AuDHD adults who are still figuring out what their identification actually means for how they live.
If you’ve recently found out you’re Autistic and/or ADHD, or you’ve known for a while but are still trying to make it all make sense, you’re in the right place. I know this experience from the inside. I was late-identified as AuDHD in my early 30s, and I know how much can shift when you finally have access to information you’ve been missing (and probably searching for) for so long.
I’ve been supporting late-identified Autistic and AuDHD adults for over seven years, including offering post-assessment support for a leading neuroaffirming clinic, designing and delivering an Irish government-funded post-assessment programme that has now reached hundreds of participants internationally, and running online socials for late-identified Autistic adults.
My approach is neurodivergent-affirming, consent-based and rooted in lived experience. Sessions are led by you. You’re welcome to stim, have your camera on or off, take breaks if you need, and I encourage you to bring whatever you need to be as cosy as possible.
I offer online coaching for Autistic and ADHD adults across the UK and internationally.
Ways to work with me:
1:1 Coaching: Six months of fortnightly sessions with Voxer support in between. Payment plans available, and sliding scale spots offered to those who couldn’t otherwise access the work.
Gem in Your Pocket: Asynchronous coaching via Voxer. No scheduled sessions, just drop me voice notes or messages when you need to and I’ll respond within 48 hours on weekdays.
Ask Me Anything: A one-off 60-minute session to work through whatever you need.
Fun Friends Club: A monthly online social for neurodivergent and queer folk to connect, chat and make new friends.
I hold a Diploma in Transformational Coaching (Animas Centre for Coaching), am a member of the EMCC and adhere to the Global Code of Ethics.
If it sounds like we’d vibe, I’d love to meet you!
