Biography
I help parents of children with extra needs feel hopeful about their family again.
I am mum of 3 neurodivergent children, (1 who’s an adult) so I really get the challenges as well as the joys.
My clients manage previous hyper-stressful moments with ease and confidence.
Their families start feeling more harmonious and calm within weeks.
You learn that you can’t control everything around you, BUT you are in charge of your own responses.
Hence feeling calmer!

Physical Therapies offered
Breathing techniques, and embodied mindfulness are sometimes integrated where helpful.
Not specific physical therapy, but I very much see body, mind and spirit as connected and I work with the whole person, in their family and other systems.
