Biography
Maybe you second-guess yourself after every interaction. You keep the peace, say yes when you want to say no, and constantly worry about how others perceive you. You hold yourself to impossibly high standards, but no matter how much you do, it never feels like enough. You long for connection and ease—but social situations are draining, your mind never slows down, and your inner critic is relentless.
If you live with ADHD coupled with chronic self-doubt or perfectionism, you might feel scattered and stuck at the same time—pulled in every direction, yet unsure where to even begin. You’re not lazy, broken, or “too much.” These patterns often form in environments where your emotions, needs, or differences weren’t understood or supported. You may have learned to mask, to people-please, to disconnect from your body, or to escape into daydreaming or hyperfocus just to cope.
But now, those survival strategies are holding you back from living the life you want.
In therapy, I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where all parts of you are welcome—including the ones you’ve had to hide to fit in. I don’t offer quick fixes or one-size-fits-all advice. Instead, I work relationally and collaboratively: we’ll explore how your neurobiology and past experiences interact, and gently build more flexible, affirming ways of relating to yourself and the world.
Together, we’ll make sense of what’s getting in the way—whether it’s executive dysfunction, emotional overwhelm, low self-worth, burnout, or the weight of being misunderstood for years—and find tools that actually work for you.
My approach is trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming, grounded in evidence-based therapies like CBT, ACT, and Emotion-Focused Therapy. I’ve supported many clients navigating ADHD alongside anxiety, self-esteem issues, emotional dysregulation, and motivation struggles—often with the added complexity of early relational wounds, cross-cultural identity, or chronic masking.
We’ll go at your pace and tailor our work to what you most need—whether that’s space to reflect, skills to manage the day-to-day, or support in rediscovering who you are underneath the expectations.
