I have practiced as a Clinical Psychologist for nearly 20 years. My manner is open, kind & approachable. The majority of my career has been spent working in psychological services in the NHS, mainly within South London & Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. In recent years, I have also worked in private practice. I work with adults who experience a wide-range of psychological need, when it becomes apparent that something needs to change but you feel stuck and confused about how to move forwards. I view each person as an expert on their own lives & I will draw upon your strengths & values, working towards specific, co-created goals.

I specialise in working alongside clients who experience psychological need in the context of Neurodiversity (e.g. Autism Spectrum Conditions & Adult ADHD), and am neuroaffirmative in my approach. I utilise schema-informed Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) as my primary method of intervention. My practice reflects my values; integrity, kindness & honesty.
