Biography
I’m a Chartered Clinical Psychologist based in South West London, working in person and online (worldwide). I offer therapy to adults (predominantly women), and neurodivergence assessments for adults and children, including PDA/EDA profiles.
My practice is neurodivergent-affirming and grounded in respect for individual differences in how people experience and move through the world. I also work with an awareness of trauma, incorporating this perspective where it is clinically relevant.
I have over 20 years’ experience working with neurodivergence, and over a decade of private practice supporting adults through burnout, life transitions, identity exploration, and relational overwhelm. Much of my work is with late-identified autistic or ADHD adults navigating masking, sensory sensitivity, and the emotional impact of long-term misattunement. I also support families where there are neurodivergent parents or children, including where this intersects with education or family life.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative and reflective, shaped by curiosity and careful attention to each person’s internal experience. I may draw on practical ideas or strategies where helpful, but my work is not directive or prescriptive. I draw on relational, psychodynamic, and somatic ideas to support people in restoring agency, self-understanding, and a felt sense of psychological safety. I may also incorporate elements of CBT where appropriate, though I do not offer CBT as a stand-alone or manualised approach.
Alongside therapy, I offer autism and ADHD assessments, supervision, and reflective spaces for professionals. I also advise film and television productions on contributor wellbeing, duty of care, and psychological risk.
I work with warmth, honesty, and psychological depth, aiming to offer a thoughtful and containing space for people who have often felt misunderstood or misattuned. I work in a reflective, collaborative way and may not be the right fit for those seeking highly directive or coaching-style input.
