I’m a Chartered Clinical Psychologist based in South West London, working in person and online (world wide). I offer therapy to adults (predominantly women) and assessments of neurodivergence to both adults and children including PDA/EDA.
My practice is neurodivergent-affirming, and grounded in deep respect for each person’s unique ways of being in the world. I am also developing a co-specialism in working with trauma and incorporate this lens as relevant.
I have over 20 years experience in working with neurodivergence and a decade’s experience supporting clients in private practice through burnout, life transitions, identity exploration, and relational overwhelm. Many of the people I work with are late-identified autistic or ADHDers navigating masking, sensory sensitivity, and the emotional cost of long-term misattunement. I also support families where there are neurodivergent parents or children to navigate family life and where relevant, the education system.
My approach is collaborative and led by curiosity using reflection and practical ideas and strategies where requested. I draw on relational, psychodynamic and somatic ideas to support clients in restoring agency, self-understanding, and a felt sense of safety. I offer some components associated with CBT but do not offer this as a stand alone therapy model.
I also offer autism and ADHD assessments, supervision, and reflective spaces for professionals.
I work with warmth, honesty, and psychological depth and welcome those who’ve felt unseen.
