I am a Clinical Psychologist who specialises in supporting autistic people and people with ADHD and neurological conditions. I have a background in neuropsychology (understanding how the brain and behaviour are related) and supporting people after traumatic events, whether recent or long ago. I provide specialist therapies including EMDR and schema therapy that are tailored for neurodivergence both in what they cover and the way in which they are provided.
I also provide assessments and therapy that get to know you as an individual, drawing on your unique strengths and interests. These include diagnostic assessments for ADHD and autism, and cognitive assessments covering different areas of memory and thinking skills, including executive functioning.
