I’m a CBT and EMDR trauma-informed therapist with 20 years of NHS and private practice experience, now working privately with adults who are navigating life with ADHD, late diagnosis, or neurodivergent identities.
Many of my clients come to me exhausted, by masking, by systems that weren’t built for them, by finally getting a diagnosis and not knowing what to do with it. If that’s you, you’re in the right place.
I specialise in working with late-diagnosed adults and women with ADHD, where the presentation is often tangled up with anxiety, burnout, emotional dysregulation, and long-standing patterns that CBT alone doesn’t always touch. I use schema-focused approaches alongside CBT and EMDR to work at that deeper level — not just managing symptoms, but understanding where they come from.
I also have specific experience supporting people from Black and Minoritised Ethnic backgrounds, where cultural identity, intergenerational experience, and the added weight of navigating neurodivergent life as a person of colour are all part of the picture. That context isn’t a footnote in our work, it’s central to it.
Therapy with me is collaborative, warm, and practically grounded. You’ll leave sessions with tools you can actually use, alongside a space where your full experience is respected and understood.
