As an North Lanarkshire ADHD specialist, I help women finally understand their brains and thrive with ADHD. Ready to stop feeling overwhelmed and start working with your ADHD brain instead of against it?
I offer women-led ADHD assessment and therapy across North Lanarkshire, supporting women who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or held back by self-doubt to build confidence and create lives that genuinely work for their ADHD brain. As a therapist with ADHD and a late diagnosis myself, I understand these challenges first-hand — not just clinically, but personally. My approach combines occupational therapy with CBT-informed strategies to bring clarity, practical tools, and lasting change. I also offer ADHD assessments for insight and validation, recognising how important a clear, compassionate diagnostic process is, particularly for women who may have been overlooked or misdiagnosed earlier in life.
Assessment and therapy approach
I provide occupational therapy assessments and strategies, integrating CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) as part of my ongoing training. I also carry out NICE-compliant ADHD assessments, including the DIVA-5 — a structured, evidence-based diagnostic interview recognised as best practice for adult ADHD diagnosis. Sessions begin with understanding your individual needs and history, then move into practical, goal-focused strategies designed to support everyday life, whether that’s managing executive function challenges, building sustainable routines, or navigating relationships and work with more self-understanding.
Who I work with
I work with children, adolescents, and adults, offering flexible session formats including face-to-face appointments, video calls, and home visits — whichever suits your circumstances and comfort level best. As a sensory assessment provider, I also support clients who may benefit from a deeper understanding of how sensory processing affects their day-to-day experience alongside ADHD.
Alongside ADHD-specific support, I work with a wide range of related areas including anxiety, burnout, career counselling, chronic fatigue syndrome, eating disorders, generalised anxiety, low self-esteem, meltdowns, panic attacks, rejection sensitivity dysphoria, and stress. Many women I work with find that ADHD rarely exists in isolation — it’s often tangled up with these overlapping struggles, and addressing them together leads to more meaningful, lasting change.
Sessions and fees
I offer a free 20-minute introductory call so we can get a sense of whether we’re a good fit before committing to anything further. My ADHD diagnostic assessment and functional report is £700, with 1:1 therapy sessions priced at £90, or a 10-session block at £810. Student concessions are available, and I regularly run offers and discounts — details of which are kept up to date on my website.
