Hi, I’m Veronica!I provide neurodiversity-affirming coaching and support for autistic, ADHD and otherwise neurodivergent adults and young people. My approach integrates professional training, academic knowledge and lived experience, creating a supportive space to explore challenges, build on strengths and develop strategies tailored to each individual.I have a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent students, adults navigating eduation or employment and those seeking greater self-understanding following diagnosis or identification. Areas of support include executive functioning, emotional wellbeing, confidence, communication, study skills, transitions, self-advocacy and managing everyday demands. My work is collaborative, strenghts-based and personalised. Rather than focusing on deficits, I support clients to identify what matters to them, recognise their existing strengths and develop practical, sustainable approaches that fit their lives.I am committed to providing a respectful, non-judgemental and accessible service where people feel heard, understood and empowered to move forward in meaningful ways.

Hi, I’m Madi, a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist specialising in supporting late-diagnosed neurodivergent women experiencing neurodivergent burnout, anxiety, overwhelm, stress, and a loss of confidence. My approach combines Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, neuroscience, and practical tools to help clients better understand how their brain works, reduce stress, build confidence, and develop strategies that work with their individual needs. Many of the people I support are those who appear to be coping well on the outside but privately feel exhausted, overwhelmed, stuck in cycles of overthinking, or disconnected from themselves. They may have spent years masking, pushing through, and trying to meet expectations that don’t always align with how their brain works.I believe therapy should feel supportive, relaxed, and tailored to you. My aim is not to help you become someone else or mask more effectively, but to help you understand yourself, embrace what makes you unique, and feel more confident living life in a way that works for you. Before becoming a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, I worked as a primary school teacher supporting children and families. This experience continues to shape the way I work, helping me explain complex ideas in an accessible, practical way.I offer online Solution Focused Hypnotherapy sessions, supporting clients with neurodivergent burnout, anxiety, stress, overthinking, confidence, emotional wellbeing, and feeling more like themselves again.
