I am a Clinical Psychologist offering evidence-based psychological therapy for adults. I help people better understand themselves and live a life with less suffering, more joy, and more fulfilment. My approach is authentic, compassionate, and specifically tailored to you.
I specialise in working with people who have just found out (either through diagnosis or through personal discovery) that they are neurodivergent. Perhaps the journey to this realisation has brought you relief, validation, confusion, grief, or burnout. Therapy can provide a space to process these experiences, develop self-understanding, and explore ways of living that feel more authentic and sustainable.
My practice is integrative, which means I draw on a variety of therapeutic models. Rather than using one approach with everyone, I draw on different therapeutic approaches depending on what feels most helpful for you. These might include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focussed Therapy, Mindfulness, Schema Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
Together we can create a space where you feel understood and accepted, allowing you to make changes which are meaningful and sustainable.
Please get in touch to find out more about how I can help you.
