Hi, I’m Ren (they/them)
I’m a certified neurodiversity and wellbeing coach supporting Autistic and/or ADHD women, non-binary people, and people of marginalised genders to understand what being neurodivergent means to them.
Curiosity and wellbeing are the ‘red threads’ that run through my coaching practice.
Many coaches focus on strategies and techniques to ‘hack’ the brain. I like to start from a place of understanding your neurodivergence and making sure you are well resourced.
Whilst Access to Work loves ‘coping strategies’, I don’t subscribe to the idea that we should be aiming only to ‘cope’. Instead, my focus is on sustainability and work that is aligned to your values.
I have an integrative and holistic approach to coaching. Bringing together my different lived experiences and qualifications in yoga teaching, wellbeing and neurodiversity coaching.
Occasionally, I draw on the more philosophical aspects of my PhD in particle physics and my interest in Buddhist principles.
