Hi, I’m Sam.
There isn’t one reason people come to therapy.
Sometimes it’s a specific event. Sometimes it’s a feeling that’s been around
for a while. And sometimes it’s simply a sense that things could be
different, even if you’re not sure what that looks like.
Whatever brings you here, I offer a space where you can be yourself,
without judgement, pressure, or the need to have everything figured out.
My core training is in person-centred counselling, and I also draw on other
approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) where they best
support the work we’re doing. I believe therapy should be shaped around
you, not the other way around.
Alongside my private practice, I’m the Support Services Manager at Music
Support, leading mental health and addiction support for people across
the music industry. My background is in the charity sector, where I’ve
supported people facing a wide range of challenges, including extensive
work with autistic people and individuals with disabilities.
I aim to offer a warm, genuine, and collaborative space where we can make
sense of what’s going on, explore what matters most to you, and work
towards meaningful change at a pace that feels right.
Real conversations. Meaningful change.
