I am a queer and neurodivergent therapist looking to provide a safe, non-judgemental space for other queer, neurodivergent, and/or polyamorous people. I offer mixed-methods therapy with a CBT focus, with an adaptable approach to suit your needs. I have experienced the profound impact that therapy can have on a person’s wellbeing, motivation and quality of life, both personally and through those close to me.
I have over six years of academic and practical experience in the field of psychology, having done an undergraduate degree and Master’s degree at the University of Hull before obtaining my Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Group Work with the Centre of Therapy and Counselling Studies. It is now my goal to guide others through the process of engaging with therapy. I am committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based support to help my clients navigate their challenges.
