I am an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist and founder of Authentic Work, a specialist executive-functioning coaching service for neurodivergent adults. I work with autistic adults, adults with ADHD and AuDHD adults, whether formally diagnosed, awaiting assessment or self-identifying as neurodivergent. I also welcome neurotypical adults looking for a practical, neuroaffirming approach.
I support people who are finding the demands of work, self-employment, business or study difficult to manage. This might include getting started, prioritising, managing time and deadlines, keeping on top of administration, organising information, maintaining focus, switching between tasks, remembering what needs to be done, or finding systems that are sustainable over time.
My approach is practical, collaborative and tailored to the individual. We look at a specific difficulty, understand what may be contributing to it, and develop strategies, systems, supports or adjustments that fit how you think, work and process information. Strategies are tried in real life, reviewed and adapted rather than assuming there is one ‘right’ way to work.
Authentic Work provides executive-functioning coaching rather than psychological therapy or diagnostic assessment. Sessions are offered remotely by video call or telephone to adults in the UK.
