Many neurodivergent adults know what they want to do but struggle to translate intentions into action. I provide Human Co-Pilot support to help autistic, ADHD and AuDHD adults organise thoughts, prioritise tasks, manage capacity, maintain momentum and create sustainable systems that work with their brain rather than against it.
I am an AuDHD advocate, mentor and founder of Sorted + Supported Ltd.
I provide Human Co-Pilot support for autistic, ADHD and otherwise neurodivergent adults who need practical support to navigate work, business and everyday life.
Many of the people I work with know what they want to do but struggle to organise their thoughts, prioritise tasks, manage competing demands, follow through on plans, communicate their needs or turn ideas into action. Often they have spent years feeling overwhelmed, burnt out or frustrated by systems that do not fit the way their brain works.
A Human Co-Pilot is someone who works alongside you rather than directing you. My role is not to tell you what to do or to “fix” you. Instead, I help you understand your own operating system, identify barriers, explore options and create practical ways forward that fit your strengths, needs and capacity.
Support may include executive function support, planning and prioritisation, accountability, body doubling, self-advocacy, communication support, Access to Work implementation, workplace adjustments, business support, problem solving and navigating significant life transitions.
My approach is neuro-affirming, collaborative and grounded in lived experience. Sessions are flexible and tailored to the individual. Some people come with a specific challenge, while others want ongoing support to help them maintain momentum, reduce overwhelm and create sustainable systems.
I work particularly well with late-diagnosed adults, professionals, freelancers, business owners, creatives and people recovering from burnout.
My aim is simple: to help neurodivergent people feel more understood, more supported and more able to move forward in a way that works for them.
