I believe therapy begins with a genuine human relationship. Every person has a unique story, shaped by their experiences, relationships, and the ways they have learned to manage life’s challenges. Rather than seeing distress as something that needs to be fixed, I see it as something to be genuinely understood with compassion and curiosity.
My approach is grounded in person-centred counselling, where empathy, authenticity, and acceptance create a safe space for exploration. I don’t see myself as someone with all the answers, but as someone who walks alongside you offering support, reflection, and a steady presence as we make sense of your experiences together.
Alongside this foundation, my practice is informed by trauma-informed thinking, attachment theory, and developmental neuroscience. Above all, I hope to offer a relationship in which you feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted, creating the conditions for growth, healing, and lasting change.
I offer therapy face to face, online and outdoors for coastal walk and talks.
