Hi, I’m Katie – a neuroinclusion coach, and AuDHD myself.
I work with neurodivergent adults who look sorted on paper and feel like they’re holding it together with sticky tape and adrenaline. People who’ve read the books, tried every app, reflected endlessly – and still find the simple stuff (emails, admin, getting started) takes far more out of them than it seems like it should.
If you’ve ever thought “I’m smart and I’m trying so hard, so what’s wrong with me?” – my answer is almost always: nothing’s wrong with you. It’s your systems. And hacks don’t help solve that; for a system that works we’ve got to understand your specific brain, tools and circumstances.
Luckily I’m a nerd and anthropologist by training who LOVES getting granular :p
My main offering is the Mind Manual Programme: six sessions where we build a personalised ‘recipe book’ for your unique brain. Not a generic curriculum – a living document, full of the specific tools, patterns and strategies that actually work for you, which you keep and build on for years. Think of it like a well-loved cookbook that falls open at the pages you need most.
Every goal we set is an experiment, never a test. If something doesn’t work, that’s not failure – it’s useful data about your brain. There’s no shame here, no masking, and no pretending to be someone you’re not.
I coach with warmth, humour, and a deep respect for how genuinely hard this can be – alongside proper rigour and training. I won’t hand you neurotypical advice dressed up as inclusion. I won’t judge if you dial in in your PJs or call from your car. I’ll help you understand your own brain well enough to work with it instead of fighting it.
Qualifications: ILM Level 5 in Coaching and Mentoring, EMCC registered, with further qualifications in Specific Learning Difficulties, Autism in Adults, and TEAM-CBT. All sessions are online, so we can work together wherever you are.
