Biography
As someone who was diagnosed later in life as Autistic, with ADHD traits (AuDHDer) and Dyslexia, I know intimately what it feels like to move through the world sensing you’re “different” — not wrong, but often unheard, unseen, or out of sync with expectations that were never designed with you in mind.
For many of us, the social world can feel like an ever-shifting landscape of unspoken rules, hidden meanings, and culturally embedded “shoulds, oughts, and musts.” Navigating these demands often requires intense effort, hyper-awareness, and constant adaptation. It can be exhausting — and it can leave you wondering where you truly belong.
My practice was built from this lived experience. I come from a neurodivergent family, community, and identity, and my work is grounded in years of training, reflection, and therapeutic practice. I don’t just make room for neurodivergence — I honour it. And I aim to offer you a space where your way of thinking, sensing, and expressing is met with genuine respect, curiosity, and care.
This is a space where you can safely set down the mask you’ve held up for so long. Where you can reconnect with your energy, explore what supports you, build on your strengths, and move toward a version of life that feels authentically yours.
If you’re looking for therapy that embraces your neurodivergence rather than asking you to work against it, you are welcome here. Let’s work together in a way that feels grounding, uplifting, and aligned with your goals, your aims, and most importantly who you are.
