Biography
I am a clinical psychologist dedicated to supporting people with autism and/or those who are neurodiverse in other ways. I take an individual approach, focused on what each individual client is hoping to gain from our sessions. For many people, this involves working to understand themselves and their lives better, which in turn helps them choose their own path and address any barriers they face. Others have particular mental health difficulties, which I support them with using versions of ‘traditional’ talking therapy adapted to be more accessible for them.
